#NOFITNESSGIRL: MONDAY UPDATE #2

In english please:

Second week done with my #NOFITNESSGIRL Journey.
For those of you who just tuned in:
#NOFITNESSGIRL is my personal fitness journey with the ugly truth of a normal girl. So if i eat shit and didn't exercise (what might have happened) i will tell you and you will read everything about it, right below.
But that doesn't minimize my motivation, it should just show you, that as a normal girl with cheat days you can still get that summer body!

And it was a great week.
I am a little bit late with my monday update because i have been on vacations in France, but you will read about all of it right here.
Here are all the deeds!

Monday: Last monday i decided it is about time to plan my exams , and because i knew i was going to go on vacation to france for a couple of days, i decided to skip the monday class and write the exam about that topic next year. So i studied all day for my other two exams and went to work at the club at night.
Eating: I started this week with a routine. For breakfast i will have smoothies now. You get your vitamins in the morning and it keeps you satisfied for a bit. So i had a bananas-peach-raspberry smoothie and a hot citron (which boosts your metabolism). For dinner i had a burrito from maiz (pretty awesome taqueria in my hometown) in the aftenoon i drank some green and mint tea and at work i had some chicken nuggets (i mean, it was pretty late and i was really hungry.)
Exercise: Non not really but i walked 6.138 steps that day and my noom coach said i did good so i guess i did.
ME 0:0 LIFE

Tuesday: I was pretty tired on tuesday, due to work the night before. So i slept very long and started the day at around 3 p.m. with studying
Eating: Due to lack of sleep i ate for breakfast my beloved vanilla frosting (a friend brought it for me from the states). When i was living in America for a year, this was my go-to sweet. We don't have something like this in germany. It comes in a box and it is the iceing on the cupcakes but you can just eat it with a spoon out of the box. I used to do this whenever i went for a movie in the states (i was 20 back then and my body handled sugar far better than now). Then i had my smoothie, a green tea and just a soup in the evening.
Exercise: Haha funny, none. But i walked 9.049 steps that day.
ME 0:0 LIFE

Wednesday: I have to say i hate wednesdays. They are the longest of them all i have 7 hours of marketing every wednesday. A really really really long day.
Eating: Banana-peach-apple smoothie for brekki and a grapefruit. An espresso with my favorite vanilla almond milk (i stopped drinking regular milk, it's bad for your skin and your belly) to go. And i brought dinner, which my boyfriend cooked me the day before to university. It was whole grain pasta with rucola pesto, topped with onions and tomatos. It was delicious (thanks, babe).
Exercise: Ain't nobody got time for that. But i didn't eat anything bad today and i stayed in my calories, so it was fine.
ME 1:0 LIFE

Thursday: Travelday! Today was the day. I went to France. There will be a extra post about my time in france coming soon. I took the TGV from Frankfurt to Marseille. It was an 8 hour train ride and it was so hard. I mean the time was ok, but do you know that when you sit next to a person (and i have a really good nose) and you can smell that they washed their clothes but didn't dried them properly and it smells very very bad. That's what happend to me. 8 hours.
Eating: I started with a bananas-peach-strawberry-soy yoghurt smoothie and a mint tea. Then at the train station i was so hungry i had McDonalds (shame on me) and to top that off i had a chia latte. During the train ride i had a chia bread with cream cheese and soy joghurt with blueberries and whole grain flakes and chia seeds. But when i was in Marseille at 11 p.m. my friend and me went for pizza
Exercise: 8 hours of train ride - nop i  don't think so.
ME 0:1 LIFE

Friday: Back in Marseille i went shopping because my friend Narjiss worked during the day. Then we went to the beach and she cooked maroccean dinner for me (yess, she is maroccean).
Eating: Coke Zero in the morning and pizza for dinner. And a lot of maroccean stuff i can't pronounce. So not a good day.
Exercise: Does shopping count? I mean i definitely walked a lot.
ME 0:1 LIFE

Saturday: Narjiss and i went to see her boyfriend in Antibes and went to the beach there. And we watched the Eurocup in Soccer Germany against Italy in Nice
Eating: Maroccean sweets for brekki, a croque-monsieur, a eclair and McDonalds before the game.
Exercise: Nop but i walked 20.041 steps
ME 0:0 LIFE

Sunday: Sunday was so cool. We went to Cannes and they showed me La Croisette in Cannes. That's the promenade at the beach, it is beautiful! And then we went with a boat to the island saint maguerite, where we spent the afternoon tanning and jumping the cliffs! So awesome!
Eating: Pastries from Paul's bakery a traditional patisserie in france, a homemade citron ice on the island and for dinner we had maroccean again.
Exercise: We had to hike to the spot at the cliffs at the island. We walked more than 11 km that day.

FAZIT: ME 2:2 LIFE
Better than last week, but still not happy. I will be satisfied if there is 7:0 for me!

As always write me a comment, how you liked it!

ME 0:0 LIFE

Was vergleichbares gibt es kaum in Deutschland.
ME 0:0 LIFE

Workout: Ain't nobody got time for that.
ME 1:0 LIFE

Donnerstag: Reisetag!
ME 0:1 LIFE

ME 0:1 LIFE

ME 0:0 LIFE

ME 1:0 LIFE

FAZIT: ME 2:2 LIFE
#abgerechnetwirdamstrand
